Blower motor resistor was acting up and would stop after a while. Finally got the part from Rockauto today. I just bought the cheapest option from Rockauto. Looks like a part on these vans that wears out every few years.

Repair was pretty easy. Enlisted my teenage son to help with the repair. Posted some pics. Two screws and tabs on the top and bottom to hold it in place.

Took about 12-15 mins to get it out and the new one back in including pics.

Question for you guys that last pic is some little thing, I'm guessing it's sensor. I didn't look around to see where it's clipped on underneath the carpet. There'a a push fastener to hold the carpet in place as well that sits under the glove box.

It should snap into a hole in the ductwork, so the sensor bead is in the air flow.

I found the location for the sensor. Pics are attached. It was easier then expected. My phone died after I snapped these two pics, but the wire just connects into that square hole.

Thanks everyone for your help!
