Yeah, something tells me the Indian made Polo may not be up to US snuff. Even the ones made and sold in Brazil seem to be significantly more expensive....

The Gol is something like $11,000 US in Mexico...
I don't know how much more it will take to make it US regulation worthy. But Mitsubishi is selling Mirages. If they can keep that price, it will sell here.
They've sold the Gol here before badged as the Fox.
It was okay. My ex had a "Wolfsburg" Fox (Didn't know Wolfsburg was in Brazil
) It lacked the ride and handling of other Volkswagens of that time and the interior was decent but pretty far from Wolfsburg quality. It was an okay car.
