2013 Ford Focus or 2013 Toyota Corolla

I'm at two vehicles needing front wheel bearings. Jetta needed at 105kmiles, and wife's '01 Civic needed at about 150k. Both driving on similar roads, hers may have been worse. Civic was traded off after 173k; oddly enough, the Jetta now has 165k on the replacements and I think they are still ok (or maybe just not loud enough?). I do know that, at least for the Jetta, it was a common complaint on the A4 chassis; and mechanics in these parts claim it's a common problem.

i like the corolla and the focus they both run a long long time! the civics seem to have problems with the transmissions and other thing also Honda is far from what it used to be
