Wow a GREAT value!
I've always gotten the impression that most Nissans are very reliable and durable but there are ones that occasionally can cause BIG problems.
They sell tons of Altimas and CR gave it an outstanding review and has mentioned nothing about the catalytic converter issues, I wonder why this is. Surely folks would have written CR and specifically mentioned this issue causing CR to put the cars on the not recommended list? right?
I liked the previous design of the Versa while this new version is just bland and uninviting, the dash in this new model looks much less substantial then the previous one. However, if the car is simple durable, and very inexpensive to buy I would consider it. Too bad you can't get a 3dr hatch at that price.
