I cannot find a video online demonstrating how to remove the oil filter from this vehicle. I had the Liberty up on ramps and could not find a way to get my hand to the filter. Everything on this front end is extremely close together. Any tips on how to access the oil filter on this vehicle? Any and all help greatly appreciated.

Have you checked to see if any type of oil filter wrench will fit it?

^ That video makes it look much easier than it really is. Before we got the Wrangler, the wife had a Liberty. I only did a couple oil changes on it myself, but I do remember that filter was really a pain to get to. I don't remember exactly how I got to it, but I do know I had a few choice words for the engineers at Chrysler.
I have one. I use a strap wrench from above.
I've seen that video before. It only shows the location of the filter. I'm looking for something that shows a how to actually access the filter. I can see it but cannot reach it.

I had the 3.7 in a Dodge pickup. Once you figure out the angle your wrist and hand need to take to get to it, it will be easy the next time.
