Does anyone know if the replacement ford radiator part#6L2z-8005-AD will fix problem of ongoing radiator leaks. There is major issues with this model nation wide with radiator leaks. I noticed that Ford issued a tech bullitin in 2009 with the requirement to use this new part number or is this something that is going to keep happining due the faulty design. any ideas on permenant fixs.

What part of the radiator leaks and what does Ford say they will charge you to replace it? Replacement is the permanent fix if the radiator is going bad, don't use Stop Leak or something else like that.

Its one of the 2 radiators that I stock, the other being usually 2 or 3 of the 6.4L radiators. It should work, though.
I've had a bunch of late model Ford radiators with low milage come through my shop. This may be one place where the aftermarket part is better than the OE.
