2006 BMW 330i: Common Issues?

The used choices just simply suck around here. Either the color/equipment choices are not desireable, or the prices are too high. And I'll probably need to get something in the next week.

Due to time, a new Golf/GTI or Prius is suddenly looking better.

GTI is the way to go, too bad about having to deal with their dealers and customer assistance though....
