Interesting vehicle. Having the V10 IIRC eliminates the 3v issue with this generation Ford. I should note my 2007 F350 5.4 3v went 200k miles without the timing mechanical issues, which I wildly credit to 2500 mile oil changes.

Back on course. What is unique about this SUV is that it was custom built for Microsoft Executive Paul Alan. I actually think the price is good, one has to want the custom interior though. Wonder what would have happened in @The Critic wife had saw this SUV instead of her newly purchased Lexus?

Fun to look at. Other than the interior, only other potential downside for some is 2WD. I suspect if this was 4WD the price would not only be higher, but the SUV would already have been sold. Seller claims $150k USD in upgrades/

Price is good, I agree, but the upgrades will need maintenance I'm sure so how odd are they? That would be something I'd consider a no. I don't care for the top sail but understand the reasoning for it. I really like the wheels and how it looks though. Interesting post @GON

I owned a V10 Excursion back in the day. The same type of cowardly losers who are now vandalizing Teslas, would vandalize it. I can think of some uses for that, but probably shouldn't mention them here.
If you live in a civilized area, no one cares what you drive. They don't even check receipts at my WalMart.

My brother in-law has a car service business bought a Escalade similar setup inside from a client that his personal driver drove him into Manhattan with for business. My brother in-law realized quick it was useless considering it just sat two people in the back. Tried selling it no interest lost money on it

only the diesel Excursions are worth that much :sneaky:

You can get a good V10 Excursion for 4 digits. Few of them have the 5.4, and the ones that do are almost worthless.

It was and is considered a very nice area. This was down in the city with lots of liberal elitists who think it's okay to sneak around and vandalize if they think they can get away with it. The only difference is now Tesla's have cameras which catch them in their cowardly acts. This was during the time when a Hummer dealership had much of their inventory burned by deluded environmental cowards. Never mind that burning all those vehicles caused more pollution than the vehicles would have produced in their lifetime...
