My thoughts exactly. My sons first car was a Subaru with like 250k miles. I got a $10 cv axle on Amazon when it needed one. Lasted until the car died a year or so later. No point throwing big money at something not worth it.It's a ~20 year old Nissan Sentra. Regular NEW axles from their local auto parts store will be fine.
