2001 4.0 V8 "Bosch", USDM didn't get much choice in the matter.

Drained and filled radiator. I've got 1 gallon of PGL and the remainder Distilled water at this point. I will probably drain and fill again to insure freeze protection.

Looks like you have some artistic licence in that engine viscosity wise, but the 5w-30 A1, B1 seems to be preferred

Engine oil () ACEA A1/B1 SAE 5W-30 All temperatures
Engine oil () ACEA A1/B1 SAE 5W-40 All temperatures
Engine oil () ACEA A1/B1 SAE 5W-50 All temperatures
Engine oil () ACEA A1/B1 SAE 10W-30 Above -20 °C
Engine oil () ACEA A1/B1 SAE 10W-40 Above -20 °C
Engine oil () ACEA A1/B1 SAE 10W-50 Above -20 °C
Engine oil () ACEA A1/B1 SAE 10W-60 Above 0 °C

judging by the list of viscosities vs the A1,B1 spec there must be some spec data missing, suspect A3,B3,B4 oils are also ok to use because Valvoline seem to list their 10w-40 oils
