That was me. No need to try and allude that you "knew who it was but wasn't going to say any names."

And if you'd have bothered (which you obviously haven't) to read my reply to you in that thread, you would have (hopefully) understood that my comments and observations were simply in regard to how different truck chassis from different truck manufacturers corrode up here in the GWN... In a thread about a corrosion issue with a Ford product. Nothing more.

But please, light your torch and begin your crusade in the name of the bow-tie! While you are at it, don't forget the Holy GM Hand Grenade, the Pontiac Pillar of Virtue and Sword of Saturn. After all, discussing differences in corrosion between two brands in a thread about corrosion and allowing one of those brands to be GM is strictly forbotten!

I'm glad they are OK and hope whatever transpires with the insurance company works out in their favour. I hate idiot drivers with a passion, and my situation was the result of somebody likely as clueless as the person who hit them. I was livid, so I know exactly how frustrating this is for your parents.
