2000 LX470, 2UZ-FE, 200k mi; Mobil 1 5w-30 6k mi

Per report change the air filter (OEM) and inspect and vacuum out any debris from the air box and intake. Otherwise it's possible this UOA is detecting a very small head gasket leak. Are you having any signs of a blown head gasket? Losing any coolant? If it was me I'd get another UOA after another 2-3k miles tops to keep an eye on this.
 
No obvious signs of head gasket issues; no white smoke out the exhaust, no visible coolant loss/drips, coolant temp gauge has never moved a hair on the dash, anyways.

(EDIT: yes, I also did an OEM air filter and cleaned out the airbox, intake elbow, and MAF sensor)

I'll keep an eye on it and switch to something readily available in 5w-30. I've had great results from Mobil1 HM, LiquiMoly, and Valvoline MaxLife products with previous gas-powered vehicles.
