I have a 22 Camry, with the 2.5, and this is probably one of the easiest oil changes I’ve ever done. As stated above, ramps make it simple. Go change the oil on a 6.7 Cummins if you want to hone your expletive vocabulary.

I use ramps under the front wheels with my 2024 Rav4. Drain plug and oil filter are easy to access. Pretty easy oil change for me.
There isn't a lot of room at the end of the filter, so I put the filter wrench/socket on the filter, then I snap on the ratchet and break the filter loose. I take off the ratchet and wrench/socket and spin off the filter by hand.

I too, use the ramps I bought at O'Reilly's, not the cheap ones. They work great for my wife's 2013 RAV4 2.5 and I've been using Mobil 1 0-w20 for years and change the filter every oil change. Even for an old guy like me it is a very easy oil change. My wife drives up the ramps as I watch and then use a clean HF packing blank to lay on. 14mm wrench for the drain plug, 3/8" or 1/2" ratchet with extension for the filter canister. Works great and relatively quickly
