I posted a while back with high lead content and it has not entirely gone away.
I'm know the oil sample tested here at least 5k miles on it. I found the drop in Moly to be surprising.

oh yeah, sorry for the non-standard post title. I didn't know the mileage on the oil or the brand.
Looked in the garage and the oil was likely 10W-40 Castrol High Mileage.
How many cold starts per day?
Only two cold starts per day but it doesn't get very cold in Atlanta. I do sit in a bunch of stop and go traffic to and from work.
I take care of one 99 Outback that does a lot of cold starts and very short trips 1-8 miles, and it has lead at around 5 ppm after 3500 miles, when the oil has thinned to 9.2 cSt. You seem to do around 1000 miles a month, so the trips are probably about 15-20 miles each, which is not that short. Maybe it's another mysterious Atlanta area lead case.
