1995 4l60e rebuild tips needed

Clinebarger is waiting for me to say I made a mistake,LOL-- I did ,I have so many parts that I overlooked the pack of .106 steels for the 3-4 and used stock ones --Tear back down tomorrow.

.030" is about loose as I would run a 3-4 clutch, Prefer .025".......I have no way to know when you post to this thread other than stumbling across it.

Installing Sonnax servo pin today. Sonnax says .075-.125--Clinebarger says .040. With everything assembled seals ,snap ring etc. and with my dial indicator I am reading .040 pushing in manually as far as physically possible--Are we good Sir?? BTW---I can turn the output shaft and see the drum rolling in the band but it is rubbing on the band slightly. You can hear it

If you can turn the output both directions, Plenty of clearance! I know it seems tight, But I've done it on thousands of 4L60E's & so has many other builders.
