#131, #132, and Chevron Supreme?

I have 2 different cars that need a good cleaning, and some Moly love, I think.

1st car is a 91 Nissan Stanza 2.4L 4-Cyl, almost 102,000 miles. It has a 3.8 quart crankcase capacity. It runs pretty well, but I would like to go to synthetic, and know I need to clean it first. Consumes no oil in 3,000 miles, no visible external leaks. Still has pep, and does alright on gs mileage, but not up to specs.

2nd car is a 91 Plymouth Acclaim 2.5L 4-Cyl, almost 122,000 miles. It has a 5 quart crankcase capacity. It runs alright, but has a lifter noise upon cold starts, which stops after 3-4 minutes of driving, and it makes a knock-like diesel noise after fully warmed up. Consumes 1-3oz of oil in 3,000 miles, but I think that is the mild valve cover leak I have. Still has pep, and does alright on gs mileage, but not up to specs. I would like to go to synthetic on this one also, but would like recommendations as to weight I should use. Kinda thinking 5w40, but am not sure.

Would like recommendations as to:
1. Which do I use first, #131 or #132?
2. How much of each do I use when it is time?
3. How long do I leave each in? #131 for how many miles, and upon new oil change, leave #132 in for whole OCI?
4. Do I have to worry about external temps to do these treatments? Since it is now cold here, do I have to wait till warmer weather?
5. Can I just drive normally with either in? I do not redline, but do enjoy driving...
6. I am currently using Chevron Supreme 5w30 in both cars. Will this oil do alright with both treatments, with no additive clash, etc.?
7. Is #132 the best moly additive I can use? Anything better?

Depending on finance, I think I will start using Amsoil full synthetic in both. Can I keep using #132 with the Amsoil, or does it already have Moly?

I look forward to your recommendations.

If you are going to use the 131 to clean the engine in lieu of RX the application is one bottle of 131 in crankcase for 500 miles before an oil change. No rinse etc. Change oil and filter and go. I did this on three engines. 131 is primarily a fuel additive whihc I now use all the time but it also does an excellent job as an engien cleaner for a very low price

The 132 is an oil additive to be placed in a the oil change or anytime thereafter and left in the oil for the entire interval. On this board I beleive the 132 is used primarily to thicken the lower viscosity Mobil 1 as Amsoil is already at the higher end of the scales. I have use the 132 (about 6 ounces per oil change) and for me it does appear to raise the viscosity to a low 40W (I use Amsoil) which for me is fine but may not be for you. Of course,it may not raise it for you either.
 
Schaeffer's #131 Neutra is a cleaner for both fuel systems & combustion chambers and for any oil system...crankcase, transmission, industrial hydraulic system, etc. Neutra also improves combustion of fuels and stabilizes fuel during storage. (#292 is the same product with different packaging.)

The dosage for Neutra is one ounce per quart of oil (more doesn't seem to do any harm), and run for 500-1000 miles. Use one 12 oz. bottle in an automatic transmission for 1000-1500 miles, then completely flush.

Increased compression through better ring seal.
A reduction in oil consumption.
Elimination of sticking valves and lifters.
Reduced blow-by.
Increased oil pressure.
A reduction in engine friction and wear.
Increased power.
Better viscosity control.

Ok, so what is the best, or at least, favorite moly treatment? I had searched already, but found little.
