I'm planning on doing a few drain and fills on the Tundra.
Just hit 100k. Very little towing, Daily driver.
My thoughts on ATFs
1) Toyota OEM WS
2) Idemitsu Type TLS-LV
3) Vavoline MaxLife

Any preferences on the ATF choices above?
Thanks in advance.
Merry Christmas!

Multi-vehicle fluids are not okay but using Dexron VI is? Huh?
Multi-vehicle doesn't mean multi-make. Multi-make is a compromise fluid formula made to suit numerous specs. Dexron VI has a specific formula made for GM and can be used in other vehicles calling for similar specs. Whenever I've asked here about Toyota transmission fluids, I've been told Dexron VI is the same stuff.

The only published similarity between Dexron VI and WS is the viscosity. Outside of viscosity, the formulation differences (wear pkg, friction modifiers, etc.) are unknown.

not on your list, but amsoil signature series fuel efficient (lower vis) ATF has been stellar in both WS application I've used it in, 2006 Tundra 5 spd and 2014 lexus GS.

I've also been looking at Ravenol T-WS.

RAVENOL ATF T-WS Lifetime is automatic transmission oil ATF on the basis of the latest technology of the HC/HT hydrocrack oils and PAO. Because of the special formulation the durability is twice the time than a comparable ATF oil.

Thanks for all of the helpful replies.
