I would buy a motor oil made from that base oil stock. It looks excellent, especially with respect to viscosity index. However, the process as briefly described looks to be the same at PetroCan's, so I'm not sure what makes it a III+ other than advertising hype.
 
Since you live in Canada, why not buy Esso XD3,0w30, PAO full synthetic and as the bank commercial says..."save your money".
