0w-30 vs 30

I was wondering what are the diffrences in 0w30 vs the sae or hd 30 oils I was wondering if I could run a 0w30 in 1998 Chevy 2.2L OHV 4cly instead of a 5w30 would there be any benefits or harm done to my engine

Yes 0W30 can be used in place of 5W30, during the warmer months you should be able to use HD30 with no problems.
