03/04 accord 2.3l rpm drop

When the car is warmed up only. when you start the car it revs up past 1500 rpm then it drops all the way down to 300-400 rpms like it's going to stall, but it slowly climbs back to normal idle of 750 rpms. and them runs fine....just had the timing belt replaced can this be a cause? /thanks

Idle air control valve might be sticking slightly.

Yes, your cam timing could be a tooth off.

IAC valve is sluggish. mine did it... it was an 02. fairly common trait on these.
