'02 Accord V6 Coil Spit Out

I looked for the spark plug on the road cause thought it might could go back in. Also, just kidding.
I can't get the ignition coil tip out of the spark plug tube well.
If the coil's rubber boot tip is still in the spark plug tube, then how did the entire spark plug get ejected? Did the ceramic insulator and core separate from the threaded metal spark plug base (i.e., is the spark plug metal base still threaded in the cylinder head)?
I have fished out separated rubber coil boots with a hook fabricated from a sturdy wire coat hanger.
That's my wonder too. Which has led me to maybe get a dolly & take it home that way.
Yep, I have a couple pair of those at home. Couldn’t find any here readily available in the limited time available to me.
Got the car home Sunday evening on a dolly. Plug is gone along with the threads. Nothing was in the well except oil.

Is there enough room on the rear bank to use one of those kits or does the head have to come off?
Yeah just glad I didn't need a $300 ish time sert kit for that mazda. Helicoil is not what I would like to use on those deep inset holes, while in-situ.
I finally got a borescope to post better photos. Teslong TD450s. Got the Time-Sert kit 4412E-111 today too.
Not sure, but you can get the head off in 4 hours. Might be worth it for a better repair.
