On a 95 deg F day, my honda lawnmower runs at roughly 230 deg F. I measured with a IR gun around the oil fill area and compensating for the aluminum emissivity value of 0.3. So question is if 230F is too hot for the oil? I'm running 5W30 QSDefy.
