Does anyone know the efficiency rating on this filter? The Micron Rating is 12 microns and I think this is the Nominal Micron Rating. Whats the media like? Is it thick or just the same as a 1515?

It is a bypass filter after all so why dont they make it filter at least 10 microns like a 51050? A 51515 full flow filters much better than a 51010 bypass.
