Would installing a full flow filter like a Napa Gold 1773 or 1515 with a remote mount and then installing a magnefine right after the filter be too much restriction in a cooler line? The oil in the trans is Mobil D/M and has about 8K on it and I'm thinking about this setup because of the higher capacity of the full flow and the benefit of the magnet in the Magnefine. I also have a Motor Guard but really don't want to install it because of the different sizes of TP these days.

I have been running such a setup for about two-plus years now on an '05 Ford. The thing to do is to determine the factory rated cooler line oil flow then test the flow with and without the two filters installed. When I checked mine, I couldn't tell a flow difference between the flow with and without the filters. I found it extremely difficult to find the flow specs, however, but I finally did for some Ford transmissions. You check with a graduated container and a stopwatch.
