It's for a 3.0L V6 Duratec with 87kmiles. Recommended oil is MC 5W20 but I want to go to a 30 weight for the upcoming hot summer.

I have 87000 miles on my '03 Ford Escape and want to change the spark plugs. As this is a lot of work on this engine, I want to get good plugs for the next 75000 miles. I think still the OEM are in there. Recommendations please.

Here some additional information which may help. It is for an '03 Duratec 3.0L V6 with 85k on it. Mainly city driving. Recommended oil: 5W20, but I want to go to a 5W30 for the summer here in texas (never below 80F).
