Man, that's a lot of driving. My truck might be able to make it that many miles, but my body would never make it. Someone's earlier comment comparing it to being married is ,I think, spot on. You would need a deep, emotional attachment to the vehicle, just like what it takes to make a marriage work.

One weak spot on these trucks is the frame tends to rust quickly. Be sure to rinse the salt off the underside frequently and touch up any spots forming right away. I read somewhere that because of the polarity of the ester molecules, that they can compete with the more effective anti-wear additives at the metal surface if the ester is in too high of concentration. I don't know that for a fact however.

It looks to me like a giant finger. I would try to find out who put a finger in my crank case.

I'll be crossing the 200,000 mile mark on my 06 Tacoma before the end of summer. It still drives like new. Just normal maintenance and wear items.
