5K miles with m1 esp 5/30. The pf 457 is the one I had issues with, that why I went with this one. Up here in Canada the pf457 is not a Hengst.

No idea on the GM engine, but its not an oil spec issue on the RAM, although the change did help slightly. Junk EGR coolers, poor programming, with excess EGR flow , and extended mileage between changes are what kill these.

It never used to be a thing up here much but has gotten bad the last few months. The worst part is, around here, they are not careful where they cut, so they end up ruining everything else all around it. Ram they got last week, tore up all 4 o2 sensors, and poked holes in floor. Year old mitsu...

What I find interesting, is the fact that the engine itself is very clean inside. And actually it being a 2016, with that kind of mileage, I would think that would make a good point you COULD push changes out a bit, as its obviously drove alot. I wonder at what mileage it started to burn oil.....

I didn't buy it to win a beauty contest. Its saving us a min 400$ a month....I take a little unique look for that kind of savings. And it actually drives VERY well, much better than I would have expected before driving one.

Yes ......actually if doing less than 40 mph will go 5 miles of so if batt happened to be charged fairly full when shut off, and havent got ac cranked

Not here they dont....charging stations always have lots of cars in them.

Not really.....if you know the paint is crap, and going to get worse, might better ditch it while its still not that bad.

I wouldnt swap them....gen3 one has oil filter relief in cap.

No they ususally leak at the melted in plugs
