No, I've never done that. I have driven several cars without front plates. Iowa still legally requires them, but it is not an offense one can be pulled over for. A Leo can tack it on to a ticket (say speeding), but lack of front plate alone is not grounds to be pulled over. So...I don't run...

As a white middle class male, its darn near impossible to get scholarships anyways. I was 4.0 GPA, 32 ACT score and got less than $1500 total in scholarships...and applied for everything under the sun. Well, it was back in the late 90's anyways ;-)

It says fuel system cleaner and ethanol neutralizer (whatever that means). I would normally use Berrymans B12 as a cleaner after something like that, but I wouldn't use something that harsh in a boat. The tanks are often plastic, or fiberglass, or other non-standard material that might be...
