Used to have Total Service stations in Austrlia long time ago. My uncle ran one at Burwood Victoria.
Surely the rings would be broke in by now. Its the other parts that might take longer. I wouldn't worry too much. 200 miles on dino would be plenty to seat rings.

SF will either have something off the shelf or mix up something to suit your trans, if needed. I would go for the SF oil over anything else. PM him to get his suggestions.

I would be surprised if the tranny was actually dry without oil at all. Probably low and needed a fill. Certainly better to keep it up to the full mark.
