My redline dealer try sell me 70w80 MTL, but i think its before 2012/2013 because then MTL changed to 75w-80?

Is there really difference, and can that old oil be bad?

The oil itself shouldn't be bad. Use what the required spec is, NOT sold random stock that the dealer can't seem to sell and wants to stick it to ya.

Sure. Suzuki wants 75w-80. Other topic people said that use still MT90 (75w-90).

Maybe still 75w-80 route is better...

Suzuki has to meet all kinds of climates thence the 75W80 in your cold weather 70W80 will do just fine for when the diff gets hot the oil weight is the same for both.

Awesome dudes! I love this forum.

Its just little weird that in here we got old 70w that 75w had replaced it years ago!

But that is maybe just because were small country...

75W90 is good for stronger components protection, but you complained about gear shiftability comfort level.
70W80 available in your cold ambients is supposedly 'good' for better shift at cold.
