Just put my summer tires on last week, and I noticed this little imperfection here along the edge of one:

There's no hole or puncture, it's not losing air.

There's the tiniest bubble right by where I'm holding the coin (that's a Canadian quarter, BTW). So tiny, in fact, that you can't even see it upon visual inspection, you can only feel for it slowly, and it's just barely there.

Personally I wouldn't worry, just drive on it and do a visual each week when you check pressures.

If you would feel better replacing it then go ahead, but keep the old one as an emergency only tyre.

Not to change the subject, but,

Who likes Canadian coins, I DO.
A Moose,
A Beaver,
I had an old Canadian Dollar with 2 Indians rowing a canoe.

Even their Map has good sounding names.
Saskatchewan,
Manitoba,
Thunder Bay

Envy over.
