The BEAST oil filter cutter

Ridgid 44-S heavy duty pipe cutter currently selling for $316 - $426 new

I got this on craigslist for a $20 bill

Heavy like 20lbs

As you can see on the end of cutter there is a "guide block assembly" that is spring loaded and held in by a single screw.
I think I can remove this easily if it doesn't work well for cutting or gets in the way/scratches the pretty paint

Cleaned up with a decent amount of WD 40, what should I use to lube this thing?

If you lube it with Mobil 1 the valves will be noisy and the UOA will show high iron.

Some assembly lube might work, popular for ratchets. Or just some gear oil.

I found that if it was a little more vertical the oil drained perfectly out of the 2nd handle hole and into the funnel/jug below
