Mitsubishi 4B11 12k

First post, long time lurker. Here is a UOA on my 2011 Mitsubishi RVR (Outlander Sport or ASX) 2.0L 4B11. 12000km on Castrol Edge EP 0W-20 and Fram Ultra. Use is lots of really short trips (few km max) and a couple of longer road trips. Distance is probably 2/3 short trips and 1/3 highway miles. TBN was lower than what I expected and iron a bit higher than what I had hoped for but probably not surprising given short trips. I changed the oil out for Pennzoil Ultra 0w-20 because it was on sale with another Fram Ultra. Let me know what you think!

With all the short trip driving I would roll the OCI back to 8 or 10k kilometers. Just so hard on the oil to hardly warm up.

For 12k miles, I wouldn't say it's bad.

I'm confused if we're looking at KM or Miles here. Blackstone says KM.

I'd shorten the oci to 10k. How long was the oil in service for, time wise?

I can't remember the exact amount of time; I'd have to look in my records but 6 to 8 month probably.
