Ferrari demands rule changes

Ferrari have announced that rule changes will be required as their budget has been increased slightly to equal the GDP of Italy.

The problem with Ferrari and F1 right now is that Ferrari is populated with too many Italians.

And the Canadian with an Italian name is too interested in micro-managing.

He was born in Italy and spent his 1st 13 years there before his parents moved to Toronto. I don't know about the micro managing, but Ferrari is always "expected" to win and aren't happy when they lose. Mercedes has just done a better job from the onset of the hybrid rules.

Ferrari certainly is expected to win, given the resources they pump in and their history. With Marchionne, though, he spends an inordinate amount of time attending weekends, and hanging out in the garage, for someone with so many other hats. We see Dr. Z. at what, one or two races all year? Marchionne was at more in the last half of the season than Ron Dennis and Sir Frank combined, I think.
