Mobil1 0-40 low saps

Is this available in the US? I believe the 0-40 widely available is "full saps" at present.

Not as far as I know.

But there is M1 5w-30 ESP, if you need low SAPS. It meets all the Euro mfg specs.

There is also M1 0W30 ESP, which, at 0.8% SA, is closer to 5W30 ESP (0.6%) than 0W40 FS (1.3%).
I don't know every much about this 0W30, to be honest, as I am sticking to 5W30 for now due to warranty concerns.

I know it exists and has a lot of approvals but is it for sale in the US?? I've never seen or heard where it might be available. I'm now using the esp 5-30 and was using the esp 5-40.

I asked Mobil about the 0W40 a while back and the reply was that it was only available at GM dealerships.
