The turbos in these engines have ceramic ball bearings or so I am told and do not last forever. Does anyone know if this is all years, did they improve the turbo past ceramic ball bearings?

It was only the first couple years, they put regular bearings in them now and aren't a problem from what I heard.

Early production only, not sure what years/months are affected.
