What currency are these coins?

Friend stopped in and gave me these coins. Say 10pence, 5pence and so forth. Look European

Older British - prior to the decimal conversion. They have no monetary value any more, only collector interest, but since there were so many, and they're recent, they're likely worth less than face value...keep them as a curio, if you like.

No. They are decimal hence 5p 50p etc. Maybe accepted in the UK because they thankfully did not join the euro. The 50p one is still used.
I think one of them maybe from the Isle of Man. Off the West coast of England.

Well...I will be in London next month on vacation, and I'll take a look. If they're still current, then 67p is worth just under a dollar...

Those are British coins, and they are still in circulation.

The fifty pence piece on the far left was issued from 1982 - 2008. The others are of similar age. You've got about $1 there.
