I am actually pretty surprised that Magnatec A3/B4 is not sold in the US given the quality of your fuel.

Something like Full-SAPS with MB 229.5 would make sense to sell in your market, yet we got it sold in Europe while the fuel is low on sulfur here.

How come?

A3/B4 would never ever be "fuel conserving", and meet CAFE requirements...

Yep, and we don't find a lot of "bargain level" A3/B4 oils. It's either the synthetic one with the [bulk of] approvals, or it isn't here. Our bargain tiered A3/B4 oils are our HDEOs, without being A3/B4.
