Getting ready to Change oil next weekend and put Auto-RX in the car..Car is mazda 2000 626 V6 and has 80K where first 30K was on dino oil and rest was on M1 with 9-10K intervals. The oil weight recomended is 10W-30.

Which dino oil works best with Auto-RX from your experince?

Thanks!

I don't think it matters much, but I used Havoline on both vehicles just because it's good stuff anyway.

I'm running Auto-Rx now with Chevron Supreme 10W-30 with no ill effects whatsoever. I was also surprised to hear the difference between the Chevron and the Mobil 1 5W-30 that was in there before. The Chevron is much quieter.

Since I wanted to be aas aggressive as possible I opted for:

Chevron Delo 400 15W40

My reasoning was that all the goodies built into this fine diesel/engine oil would hold all the skank Auto-RX liberated just fine.

Besides, I had to break all the brainwashing we have been held to under "use the XW30 or nothing regime."

I just could not make up mind between Delo 400 and Mobil Delvac 1300...it was a toss up for me.
