On the same computer I foolishly ripped CDs in the .WMA protected(drm) format using windows media player, will not recognize or play the songs in Zune software.
I can understand if it were a different computer. But the same songs songs which will play in WMP will not play in Zune.
Anybody know of a resolution that does not involve re ripping hundreds of CD's, or re purchasing music I already own?
I was considering a Zune HD 32 as my new MP3 player which has to use Zune software for transfer, but I will be effectively loosing a third of my music. My former Toshiba Gigabeat MP3 player had no issues playing the WMA DRM format.
I see there are some Zune forums. They seem very inactive. Anybody know a better place to ask this type of question?
