Who is your insurance company?

State Farm Mutual Co.

(Mom works at an office nearby so we don't have much choice

Have had Wolverine for both car and home for years. Am considering switching to AllState and save approx. $200 per year. This is even with alittle better coverage from AllState.

American family on everything. Home, auto and toys. I had a cheaper company but I found out how good the cheep insurance was when my house was struck by lighting. That was a nightmare I don't want to do again!

Erie Insurance on all four cars and the house. Have never been able to beat their prices (by much) and great service.

Switched from State Farm to AAA about 4 years ago. AAA for Auto and Home owners. Saved quite a bit over SF and never had a claim yet. Kept Comprehensive and dropped collision on the 4Runner since it is a 1997 and if totaled the BV is really nothing since it is over 13 years old.

21st Century (previously AIG and now owned by Farmers...make sense?). Despite their questionable lineage, I've had 2 (minor) auto claims and their customer service was top notch...they're also ranked number 1 for customer service. Unfortunately, they weren't competitive for the coverage I needed for my house (rented) so that's insured separately (Pioneer State Mutual). They've (21st Century) also been stable on renewals (no or minimal increases but it's a "soft" market so no surprise there). I've recommended them to a few people.

Allstate. An acquaintance of my dad is an agent and our rates are lower than any other big company we've tried. Haven't had bad service in the 8 or 9 years we've been with them either.
