It'll be easy to pop the bead if doing off-roading.
I had 30x9.50s on 6" wheels on my Nissan truck. 7" is as wide as I'd go on a 9.50 tire. If you have 15x8s, I'd use 31x10.50s, or some other wider size.
Ive have 30x9.5 pro comps mounted on a 15x8 alloy on my ranger for years now. No problems. Alot of people here throw 225 series tires on 15x10 wheels for their low rider tacomas, no joke, it can be done.

Thanks for posting this. For my applications [all 3 Toyota 4wd's] I believe 7" x15's will work a bit better running either 30 9.5 15's or even 31 10.5 15's.
