I'll have to source a yak, milk a yak, and pasteurize yak milk before passing judgement on yak milk. I just like saying yak. That makes me probably a yakass.
Last night's was a tablespoon and a bit of cocoa powder, 1/4-1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder, and a couple good shakes of cayenne. Pour of freshly boiled filtered water.
Was quite nice, with a little afterglow.
Next time I make chilli I might add some dark chocolate.
