Without a doubt, my all-time fave is the 78-81 Trans Am. I like the earlier model Trans Am too. I also like the late 60's Mopar wing cars like the Super Bird and Daytona. Another fave is the 1977 Toytota Celica GT liftback, I loved the body style on it. Toyota only made that one for one year, 1977. 78-81 Celica and Supra are also 2 more favorites. I saw an old Celica coupe on the highway just the other day but you never see those cars around anymore.

1940 and 41 willys coups and trucks. This is my all time favorite and I will own one someday for sure. There is just something about these flowing body lines that makes them so sexy and so elegant in my eyes.

Wow!

ProStreetCamaro, I can't tell you how many times growing up I built customized 1/25 scale models of the '41 Willys. Revell had the kit. Impressive cars in real life too, hey?

My list of favorites for looks would be the '61-'66 Lincoln Continental, the Thunderbirds of the same years, and the '56 Chevy. I'd like to have any of them, but for a car to enjoy driving every day, the W123 or W126 Mercedes would be it. I had one of each, and they were a blast to drive.

What I've owned that I am or was a fan:

1990 Beretta GTZ. The poor man's BMW 3'er with wrong wheel drive.
1998 Contour SVT. See above, beautiful mechanical symphony near redline. Even more fun with after market custom turbo system.
1993-1997 Toyota Corolla/Geo Prizm. They just go
1979 Ford Fairmont. In it's day, state of the art platform, and reasonably reliable.

And I'm becoming a fan of my 2004 Pontiac Vibe. It's a competent little car. Too soon to tell if it will come close to the Prizm it replaced.

Dream Cars:

1. Aston Martin -- They are just drop dead gorgeous.
2. BMW M3 -- The standard for sedans
3. BMW 3'er -- Not the M and this is what I plan to give myself for turning 50 in a few years.

I can probably think of others, but this is a start. I think it would be fun to have a Caterham or other proper British sports car to play with, or even a Miata that I could use for track and autocrossing.

But those are for when the kids are nearly off the payroll.
