I have a friend that found a baby Falcon in his yard. He seems to be eating very well. What should he know from someone else's experience?

Perhaps the parent has been killed, or perhaps the parent has been scared off. Either way, contact a bird of prey rescue organization.
If the baby raptor gets too used to human contact & help, it’ll likely wind up in a zoo (or similar).
Why not just raise it like any other bird, just make sure it's fed properly.

It won't be able to learn how to hunt and feed itself without some rehab if it's raised by humans. Birds of prey typically learn how to hunt from the parents by hanging around together until they become self sufficient.
