Yes Kerry, terrorism is issue #15 and not really important.

MYSTIC: I've posted these links before. But with your rhetoric, it's clear that your sole motivation is simply to trash-talk John Kerry, and in this particular foaming-at-the-mouth thread, suggest that Kerry thinks terrorism is "Job #15."

Actually, Kerry has some very comprehensive plans to address Homeland Security, Fighting Terrorists Abroad, and Foreign Policy, respectively below (these are called "links," Mystic):
http://www.johnkerry.com/issues/homeland/
http://www.johnkerry.com/issues/100days/fp_facts.html
http://www.johnkerry.com/issues/foreignpolicy/

On another matter, you seem to fancy yourself as a political pundit of sorts, initiating four new political threads in very short order, each with the clear and stated intent to attack John Kerry. I suggest you contact the BITOG folks directly and ask them if you can start a daily editorial, maybe called something like "Mystic's Daily Rant Against John Kerry." That way you wouldn't have to initiate a new attack thread each day. Go for it -- we'll all be on the edge of our seats, awaiting your wisdom. Oh yeah, as always, there's no need for any facts, quotes, sources, or web links in ANY of your rants. Just let the vomit spew -- that's good enough for the rest of us.

TC, I checked out some of the web sites you told people about earlier. I saw nothing there except for trying to defend the USA here in the USA, and reacting to terrorist attacks. I will not attack you personally no matter what you say about me-I will try to discuss the issues.

I can watch the news the same as anybody else. I have observed two Kerry advisors who tried to do anything they could to avoid discussing terrorism. I have observed Kerry himself say that the major issue in this country is the economy. There are people on national TV who are saying that Kerry MUST be willing to discuss the issue of terrorism sooner or later.

I do not believe that we can defend this country by being the boxer who stands in the ring and just takes punches. We have to punch back. How are we going to be able to destroy al Qaeda if we do not send soldiers overseas to seek out and deal with these people?

I will admit to you that even though I am a Democrat I am very anti-Kerry. I am a little old fashioned I guess and seeing a Kerry book with an upside down American flag is a little bit irritating to me. It is also irritating to me for Kerry to seemingly not want to discuss what must be one of the most important issues for our country-terrorism.

It is becoming more and more likely that the Spanish terrorism was al Qaeda or else a group somehow associated with al Qaeda. They are still out there, and they are not going away-unless our brave soldiers, sailors, and airmen make them go away.

You will notice that I am only discussing issues-not attacking anybody personally. I am making judgments about a political candidate, but as a voter I have that right.

It still has not been proven that Iraq had no weapons of mass destruction. There is still a possibility that such weapons were moved to Syria. However, it really makes no difference if Iraq had weapons of mass destruction or not. Who here really believes that once the UN was gone Hussein would not have been willing to make WMD? And who really believes that he would not have been willing to supply such stuff to terrorists?

Plus, it was not from lack of trying. Hussein was funding these Iraqi scientists but apparently they were misleading even him (a dangerous thing to do). There were top officials in the Hussein regime and perhaps Hussein himself who thought that Iraq had WMD. And we blame Bush for believing the same?

Once again I don't like to get into these threads on www.bobisthepoliticsguy.com but I wonder what it is we (West and Europe) have done to offend said badguys? Not saying if we did something that we were wrong but I don't beleive some guy was sitting 10,000 miles away and decided to kill people and himself in another country out of boredom or the old "they hate our freedom" bull. Once again I'm not saying we are wrong or that we are the bad guys or to blame but what is it they are mad about and did we have anything to do with it?

1-This is the General and Off Topic forum . If you would like to talk about oils, there are quite a few forums for that.

2-I saw a show on The History Channel a few days ago.....they had an Army Sgt Major in a hospital somewhere in Iraq complaining about chest pain. Right accross his bed, there was an Iraqi insurgent being trated for bullet wounds, which god only knows how many Americans he killed or help kill. Back in '93, we brought food to the Somalians.....we try to capture the guy who's been harrasing and stealing people's aid food (Aidid) and the country turns on us killing 15 or more Army guys. We saved the Saudis' butt back in 90-91, but they seem to have forgotten that. Only after Al-Qaida attacks them, do they decide to provide some substantial help. The entire European continent hates us, even after we lost so many lives there saving them from the Nazis. They see us as the Imperialist country who wants to take over the world. Correct me if I'm wrong; Spain conquered the Americas along with Portugal; England and France had and still have colonies ALL over the world, to include the United States, and lastly, the two most costly wars in mankind was started by the Germans; WWI & WWII. Now you tell me, who is the bad guys.

My personal opinion is that it all boils down to everyday ordinary envy with a whole bunch of brain washing and a "My $hit don't stink" kind of attitude!

Rick
