Yearly Coffee is ordered.

I think they ship in burlap bags but not sure if the roaster keeps them in the burlap after they get them but they need to be kept dry and cool.

I may have missed it: How do you store your GREEN coffee beans?
depending on the coffee they come in either burlap, grainpro, or vacuum packed in 10kilo bags. (3=66lb)

I store it in the basement(cool) in a box(no sunlight). I have a heat pump water heater so it stays dry downstairs..
its like running a dehumidifier 30-40% of the time.. and my basement is fairly dry anyway.

grainpro bags are giant pro grade ziplock type bag.

Thanks for the link. I've been looking for a new place to get roasted coffee since the place I have been getting it is out of my usual which is from Brazil and Costa Rica.

I ordered a couple from Brazil and one from Costa Rica, the price per pound is a good deal but the shipping was a little high but I'm use to it, no place to get fresh roasted coffee around here that is any good.

The invalsa coffee is really good. but I roast it myself.

Redbird roaster have a really good brazilian medium roast.

It was by far my favorite of any medium roast I've had.

Most bolivian beans I order from invalsa are usually best (to my taste buds) when roasted med-dark or darker.

I will try that, sounds really good plus the two site links you gave sell roasted beens by the pound which is hard to find, most only sell 12 ounce bags for similar pricing.

I've got a 5 lb bag in the freezer stored. But am starting to look for whole bean dark roast decaf. Order 2 lbs today.
