Yamaha YBR125 oil recommendations

Hello, I just got a new Yammie 125cc bike and I am breaking it in now. At 1000km odo I will have my first oil change. Do you have any suggestions? Price is not important, as bike gets only 1 liter of oil. There is no oil filter and manufacturer oci is 6000km. I am thinking motul 7100 10w40 full synth. Engine is air cooled 10 hp.

I will use Motul 5100 10W40 and change it every 3k km if this is my bike.

Thank you, why 5100 and not 7100? Price difference is 3.5 euros only and I would give it gladly for better protection and performance. It may be overkill for an air cooled engine but still I want to look after every vehicle I own. About viscosities, 10w40 is the best overall right?

A non-forced air cooled engine will be the harder on oil than a liquid cooled.

If it was me, without an oil filter, I would run a conv HDEO like Rotella, Delo or Delvac, and change every 1000mi/1800km. Without a filter to pull the little wear particles out of the oil, you want to flush them out regularly.

1800km oci isn't too frequent? I was thinking like this: first oil change at 1000kms as manufacturer recommends, then after 2000 or 3000 kms and then every 6000kms. The engine would be broken in by then right?

An Ester based oil resists thermal breakdown better than other base types, which is the biggest issue with air cooled bikes. And seeing as your in Greece I think Motul would probably be the best option for you. Although Redline is my preferred Ester oil of choice; not sure if it's available to you.
