I looked in my Account settings and looked at my recent login activity and seen It was being accessed from someplace in Washington State. I looked at the IP address: 72.53.194.237. Bellevue. Not too far from a certifiable Ex girlfriend.

I notice the dates are also when I need to resign in to my account, from my AT&T Cell phone.

Is this Bellevue address Where AT&T accesses info, or has some malware or spyware stolen my password. Which I have changed multiple times. I used to see addresses in Texas too.

Anybody know what's going on?

Your traffic is probably being backhauled to the AT&T cellular data center in the Seattle area..

If you have any doubt about someone accessing your account, then for goodness sake, change your password NOW.

That doesn't sound sinister enough.

Thanks.

I'm gonna erase all the cookies on my phone, and re sign on my phone in and see if the washington address shows back up:

edit Okay it showed back up as bellevue.

Thanks for easing my mind. Feel free to delete this thread

someone in egypt got access to my yahoo account and emailed a viagra add to all of my contacts.

Very embarrassing. I have no idea how they got access to my account. I think yahoo's security sucks. My solution was to delete all my contacts, change my password and quit using yahoo email 99% of the time.

I quit using yahoo for anything.

I don't use Yahoo anymore myself. My wife, who's had a Yahoo email for years, had her account locked for some reason and she just got it straightened out.

Friend of mine in our band had his account hacked by some guy over in England. I received an email from my "friend" stating he was stuck in England and needed money to help get back home! I replied back stating that I knew this email was a hoax and that the account was hacked and that I was reporting it to proper authorities. Never heard back from this email address.

Anyway, my friend had to get a new Yahoo account.

Change the challenge questions and change the password.

Make your own challenge question and obviously have it call your cell if someone tries to hack it.
I made the questions.."1. Secret word 1" and "2. Secret word 2"

Its retarded to use like "Your Mother's Maiden Name"
