You know Toyota doesn't actually own a city, right?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Toyota,_Aichi

The city was called Koromo prior to 1959, when it changed its name to Toyota to honor the name of its largest employer, Toyota Motor Corporation.

This is similar, though different, to Oldsmar, Florida. Ransom Eli Olds actually DID own that town, or at least the land from which the town was created.

yea but i guess it owns a lot of things in the city. which is fine as long as the workers are happy and productive. what bothers me is toyota's attitude toward the bottom line. it puts its cash flow above the people and they do not care if the people make a decent wage.

Very sad indeed. And these same people probably call themselves patriots.

OK, so when you buy a product branded as "american" company, lets say iphone, made in a sweatshop in China that makes you a patriot, buy when I buy a US made Toyota that makes me a traitor?

According to the New World Order (globalist) cabal, a "decent wage" would be the typical wage of a chinese factory worker. I mean what more could you want for such MENIAL work, at least you get Sundays off, and have a roof over your head and rice everyday.

Honestly what is wrong with serfdom, if it makes a few elite insanely wealthy at the expense of everyone else? They are entitled "because they can get away with it".

You know what he's thinking....If you don't share his view your a "Ra...t", a "Bi..t", and in this case a "tra...r". Can't say anymore here, but we know what group says things like that. Its the truth, we lost the manufacturing race. If somebody doesn't like the "why", that makes them part of the problem, not the solution.
